Construction scheduling and project controls, under one baseline.

Scheduling tells you when. Controls tell you what it costs and whether you are on track. S&P delivers both, so progress, cost and manpower all read from the same plan.

FAQ

Common questions

Need something not listed here? Ask us directly →

Which scheduling software do you use?

Primarily Oracle Primavera P6, which most owners and specifications require. We also work in Microsoft Project and can convert between formats when needed.

Can you take over a schedule already in progress?

Yes. We start with a health check on the current file, correct the logic and status, then take over the update cycle without losing the project's schedule history.

Do you work for owners or contractors?

Both. We build and update schedules for general and trade contractors, and we review contractor schedules and provide independent controls oversight for owners.

Do you support projects outside Texas?

Yes. Most work is delivered remotely with site visits as needed, so we support projects throughout the United States.

How is pricing structured?

Fixed fee for defined deliverables, a monthly rate for ongoing updates and controls, or hourly for staffing and advisory work. Every proposal lists deliverables and cadence up front.
